Do you have a menu?
Can I change the menu + contents of the graze?
Get in contact with us, let us know what you would like and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you cater for food allergies?
Yes, please let us know what dietary requirements there are on booking so we can cater for all needs. *Further terms and conditions apply*
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer full refunds. We have different Ts & Cs for types + size of order - please contact us for extra info. Date changes will only be accepted subject to availability and sufficient notice, again please contact for further details.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Full upfront payment for all grazing boxes and platters (up to 20 people) is required. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking for all bookings over 20. The deposit reserves your booking/delivery and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The final balance will be due 1 week before your booking. If booked within one week of the booking date a full payment is required on booking. Some terms may differ so please get in touch for info on your booking.
Can I change my order once ordered?
Unfortunately we cannot accept any changes to your order within 72 hours of the booking date. Any requests with more than 72 hours can be made but we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the changes.
Do you deliver?
We prefer to deliver. Delivery costs are calculated on mileage from our address, we will inform you of the delivery cost on booking/enquiry.
Can I get a disposable box/board?
All of our platter boards are reusable. Grazing tables are laid on greaseproof paper or props + boards.
Do you provide the table?
We do not provide tables for grazing, a suitable table must be provided at the venue out of direct sunlight and hot areas.
How long do you need to set up?
We usually need around 1-2 hours to set up depending on size of the grazing table. We will also need access to parking outside the venue to allow a speedy set up.
Do you provide plates, napkins & cutlery?
Plates, napkins and cutlery can be supplied at an extra cost. Please let us know if you require these.
Do you dispose of left over food after the event?
We're pretty sure there won't be leftovers but we don't provide the service of disposing food after your event. Food on the grazing tables can be left out for 3 hours and then must to be disposed of.
Do you provide props & table styling?
Yes we do. Please note the client must sign an inventory sheet upon completion of set up. Any lost or damaged equipment/props will incur a charge. All equipment/props must be collected by us/returned by the client within 2 working days. Honey&Blue do not provide the table/surface.
Do you provide fresh flowers?
We absolutely do & work with the best local florist. We love fresh flowers with platters and grazing tables! Give us an idea of what you would like and we can confirm if they can be supplied.
Are you insured and do you have food health & safety and hygiene certificates?
Yes, we are fully insured and have a 5* rating of food healthy and safety and hygiene at our premises.
Do you offer postal delivery?
We offer postal delivery on some of our smaller limited edition boxes + afternoon tea boxes. We will let you know if the delivery address is out of our delivery radius + give you the option for postal. Unfortunately at the moment we aren't offering postal on any of our platters.
Do you offer timed delivery slots?
We offer two delivery slots for grazing platters. We will discuss timing with you for grazing table set ups. Extra charges apply if you would like an exact delivery time for platters- please note we cannot guarantee this time even after payment.
