1     \     How do I book?

Booking a grazing table is easy, simply fill in your details on the enquiry form here and we will come back to you within 3 working days with a full quote or with any questions if we need more info to build your quote. Once your happy with your quote we'll send you a booking form along with Ts&Cs and a link to pay. Once the initial or full payment has been made the booking date is all yours. 

2     \     Do you have a menu?

Yes, you can find our menu and grazing table options here. Please bear in mind the contents of the grazing tables can vary subject to availability of the food featured on the graze. We try our best to include the most seasonal produce and keep waste to a minimum. 

3     \     Can I change the contents of the graze?

If you have any special requests please do let us know and we'll see what we can do - we work really hard to ensure there's a good mix of foods on your graze and that there's something for everyone. 

4     \     Do you cater for food allergies?

Yes, please let us know on enquiring/booking about any food allergies and intolerances and we can advise you how best to serve these guests.

5     \     What are the payment terms?

To book your event we take 50% of your payment upfront to secure the booking date and the balance is due 1 month prior to the event date. If the event date is within 1 month of booking we take full payment upfront. Any quotes given are valid for 14 days. You have 1 week from the date of invoice sent to make payment, if payment is not made within that period the booking slot will be available to others. Some payment terms may differ so we recommend checking your booking form + ts&cs upon receipt. 

6     \     Can I change my booking date?

We can only accept changes to booking dates with over 14 days notice and subject to our availability. Please refer to your booking form and ts&cs. 

7     \     How long do you need to set up?

Grazing table set ups can vary in time but usually take at least 1 hour. We will notify you our expected set up time in your booking form. We aim to set up your graze as close as possible to your event start time, unless otherwise discussed. 

8     \     Do I need to do anything before or during set up?

No, we take care of everything. All we need is a sturdy table or surface out of direct sunlight or away from radiators set up and ready to go. The size of table/surface needed will be given on your booking form. 

We lay greaseproof protective paper down onto the surface given however feel free to lay table cloths etc if you'd like. 

If you have paid for table hire, please ensure there is sufficient space available for the tables to be set up and access to the space available + parking. 

9     \     Will you collect the stands + props etc?

We will arrange to collect any tableware used for the styled grazing tables in the days after the event. This will be communicated with you prior to the event date or during set up and is subject to Honey & Blue's availability. We will leave a box for you to store all stands etc in once finished with to enable easy collection. 

10     \     Are you insured + do you have food hygiene certificates?

Yes, we are fully insured and have a 5* rating of food healthy and safety and hygiene at our premises.
